After a few heat of discussions, SHOENIVERSE's superior unanimously decided to make a system that called Employee Information System known as EIS. This system can solve all the problems that have being complaint by employees. The Employee Information System (EIS) is a project that is dedicated to the development and implementation of HR processes. Its main objectives are to improve data accuracy and enable employees to access their HR information through self-service. By automating HR tasks, enhancing data management, and empowering employees, the EIS will play a crucial role in enhancing HR efficiency, reducing costs, and fostering a more engaged workforce.  It is shown that this system will be more structured and systematic than the previous system. In this system, the employee is able to get all organizational information such as benefits, payroll, leave management, and crucial company data.
