Welcome to the heartbeat of innovation, where concepts take shape, and dreams materialize into reality—the Implementation Phase. In this transformative stage, the static blueprints of design come to life, pulsating with the energy of execution. It's the juncture where ideas transition from the ethereal realms of planning and design into the tangible realm of action and creation.
As we embark on this journey through the Implementation Phase, remember: this is where the magic happens, where plans transform into experiences, and where the virtual bridges the gap with the physical. Get ready to witness the metamorphosis of ideas into actions, for in this phase, innovation finds its voice and projects find their pulse.
In the implementation phase, SHOENIVERSE successfully integrated the Employee Information System (EIS) into their organizational structure. This strategic move aimed to streamline and enhance various aspects of employee management, fostering a more efficient and user-friendly environment for SHOENIVERSE's workforce.
As a result of this implementation, SHOENIVERSE employees have experienced increased ease and convenience in accessing and managing their information. The Employee Information System has proven to be a valuable tool, simplifying processes and contributing to a more positive work for the entire staff.
Notably, the employees at SHOENIVERSE express a heightened sense of contentment and satisfaction due to the organization's commitment to their well-being. This is evidenced by the positive feedback provided to SHOENIVERSE's human resource manager. Employees appreciate the attention and effort invested by SHOENIVERSE in addressing their needs and concerns.
Furthermore, the feedback received serves as a testament to SHOENIVERSE's dedication to continuous improvement. By actively seeking and valuing employee input, SHOENIVERSE demonstrates a commitment to refining and optimizing its systems in response to the evolving needs of its workforce. This proactive approach contributes to a positive workplace culture, where employees feel valued and supported, ultimately fostering a harmonious and productive work environment for all.
THIS IS FEEDBACK GIVEN BY SHOENIVERSE'S EMPLOYEE AND FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF USERS:
Most employees rate no to the question 'Have you experienced any performance issues or lags with the new system?'. There are few employees rate no approximately about 28.6%. Thus, we need to make improvement on EIS so that any performance issues or lags not happen again.

Apart from employees from the IT department, SHOENIVERSE also gave the opportunity to SHOENIVERSE's top management to try the Employee Information System (EIS).
The picture below is the feedback given by them and from the top management perspective.
