IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

In the implementation phase, SHOENIVERSE successfully integrated the Employee Information System (EIS) into their organizational structure. This strategic move aimed to streamline and enhance various aspects of employee management, fostering a more efficient and user-friendly environment for SHOENIVERSE's workforce.

As a result of this implementation, SHOENIVERSE employees have experienced increased ease and convenience in accessing and managing their information. The Employee Information System has proven to be a valuable tool, simplifying processes and contributing to a more positive work for the entire staff.

Notably, the employees at SHOENIVERSE express a heightened sense of contentment and satisfaction due to the organization's commitment to their well-being. This is evidenced by the positive feedback provided to SHOENIVERSE's human resource manager. Employees appreciate the attention and effort invested by SHOENIVERSE in addressing their needs and concerns.

Furthermore, the feedback received serves as a testament to SHOENIVERSE's dedication to continuous improvement. By actively seeking and valuing employee input, SHOENIVERSE demonstrates a commitment to refining and optimizing its systems in response to the evolving needs of its workforce. This proactive approach contributes to a positive workplace culture, where employees feel valued and supported, ultimately fostering a harmonious and productive work environment for all.

THIS IS FEEDBACK GIVEN BY SHOENIVERSE'S EMPLOYEE AND FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF USERS:

Firstly, 69.2% of our employees rate the employee information system (EIS) overall excellent while, 30.8% rate very good for the employee information system overall. There is none rate good, fair and poor. This prove the system functionally well.


The picture below show that what device the employees use to install EIS.


57.1% of the employees rate way too easy for difficulty using the EIS. Then,  both a bit too easy and just right - not too easy, not too hard got same rating that is 21.4%. There is none rate for way too difficult and difficult but manageable. So, we need to make a little improvement on EIS in terms of difficulty using the EIS. 


All employees rate yes to the question 'Has the new system provided all the information you need?'. This show that EIS successfully provide the information that employee need.


Most employees rate no to the question 'Have you experienced any performance issues or lags with the new system?'. There are few employees rate no approximately about 28.6%. Thus, we need to make improvement on EIS so that any performance issues or lags not happen again.


78.6% of the employees rate support provided for question 'How would you rate the support provided during the transition to the new system?'. This show that EIS provide a better systematic system rather than the old system. 


All employees rate yes to question 'Do you feel your feedback or concerns about the new system have been addressed adequately?'.

From the perspective of the users, the employee feel the employee information system (EIS) need to have improvement. This is because the employee feel the employee attendance in EIS is less accurate because it can log in anywhere and the system is crowded.

Apart from employees from the IT department, SHOENIVERSE also gave the opportunity to SHOENIVERSE's top management to try the Employee Information System (EIS).

From the perspective of top management, SHOENIVERSE's Employee Information System (EIS) is user friendly interface, good system and have many advantage in human management because the employee perform their duties in accordance their established schedule in the EIS. However, the top management also feel the payback period for this EIS is taking a long time.
